Chrissy has over a decade of experience in the Kinetic Billing Department which has enabled her to gain an in-depth knowledge of insurance claims management. She prides herself in maintaining a high level of service within her department. In her current role, she oversees claims submissions, receipts of payments, management of all claim processing issues and good communication between the Billing Department and treating therapists.

In her free time, Chrissy enjoys vacationing with her husband and daughter, especially at the beach.  She also loves going to Phillies games, doing puzzles and anything involving ghosts.

Debra has over 25 years of customer service experience and has worked as a Billing Specialist for Kinetic for 13 years. She has acquired an extensive background in insurance claims processing and loves that her job is never the same day in and day out.  Debra provides assistance in all aspects of the department and is responsible for the management of accounts receivable.

In her spare time Debra loves to spend time with her family and has earned her certificate to be a travel agent, and one of her favorite hobbies is jewelry making and crafting.

I have worked at Kinetic since 2018 where I started as a patient care coordinator at the Chester Springs office.  About a year and a half ago, I transitioned to the billing department where my position involves posting insurance and patient payments, inquiring about claims with insurance companies, and insurance reviews.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to breweries and beer gardens with my husband and trying out new beers. I also enjoy activities that help quiet the mind such walking, Taiji, and meditation.  I have no children but my nephews think that I,  Aunt LALA, am kind of a big deal, so that makes my heart happy!
