Kinetic Physical Therapy is honored to announce that we have been selected as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in PA for 2010! We were ranked number 18 in our category of medium sized companies. The distinction is given to us by The Central Penn Business Journal in partnership with The Team Pennsylvania Foundation and The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
This very prestigious honor is the result of a year long process of careful scrutiny of our business practice and employee satisfaction. More importantly it is a culmination of efforts by many people to make Kinetic Physical Therapy a place where people can get well, feel well, and have fun doing it. We truly believe that in order to get the body well we need to get the mind well. We treat the whole person mind, body and soul. In order to do that we need to have not only the top talent in the business, but the best human beings with good hearts and endless compassion. When we find these people it is our job to provide an exceptional workplace in which they can practice their craft and feel good that they are doing it in a place that respects them and understand their value.
Kinetic Physical Therapy is the dream of three best friends who wanted to create a place to work that our families would be proud of. A place where we would walk in the community and see all the lives we were able to touch, not only through excellent healthcare but through friendship and kindness. The Best Places to Work in PA awards dinner was held Tuesday November 30th at the Lancaster County Convention Center. At the end of this wonderful event the three of us looked at each other and realized without having to speak that dreams do in fact come true.
