Greg Macionsky, LAT, ATC, CEAS1
Greg’s decision to pursue athletic training as a career came out of his love for sports, interest in human anatomy, and desire to have a positive impact on others. Greg received his undergraduate degree from West Chester University in May of 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. Following graduation Greg was hired as the Assistant Athletic Trainer at Penncrest High School/Springton Lake Middle School where he worked from August 2010 through August 2013.
After three years in the Rose Tree Media School District Greg was hired by Kinetic Physical Therapy in August of 2013 to be a staff athletic trainer at Rosemont College and an integral part of the Adolescent Sports Medicine Program.
Greg’s professional interests include: ACL rehabilitation and concussion management. He was also an integral part in developing Kinetic’s Return to Running Protocol which safely progresses adolescent athletes, of any participation level, from an injury back to full participation in their sport.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ellen; his son, James; and his beagle/German Shepherd mix, Auggie. He also likes playing golf, hiking, exercising, fishing, and watching baseball.
