Low Back Pain (lumbar)

Muscle strains, ligament sprains, and degenerative joint disease (arthritis), are the most common conditions associated with a low back pain diagnosis. Kinetic Physical Therapy takes a biomechanical approach to the treatment of low back pain. We believe the best long-term result is achieved at initial evaluation with the best movement diagnosis. Once we find the underlying reason for your pain, we use that information to direct our hands-on mobilization techniques as well as exercise selection. Not all exercises or stretches are appropriate for all case of low back pain. Our therapists will show you why you are having low back pain and teach you the exercises and self mobilizations you can do at home to ensure a long term reduction in your pain.
